Naoki Shimoda

Mr. Shimoda has 25 years of consulting experience in business strategy, asset/portfolio valuation, and risk management in energy industries.  Currently, he is helping Japanese utilities improve their customer engagement through advanced data analytics and communication. 

Shimoda’s experience includes corporate strategy under environmental & commodity uncertainties, enterprise risk management, fuel and environmental strategy for power generation companies, renewable asset evaluation, corporate/business planning & budgeting. Prior to affiliating with TeMix, Shimoda was Director of the Energy Practice at Strategic Decisions Group in Palo Alto, California. While at SDG Shimoda coached several high-level strategy teams in the global automobile industry.

Shimoda has a Masters Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
